Design Phase
Concept Design
Based on project status and communication with clients, we present conceptual proposals, including design concepts, layout sketches, and style references.
Schematic Design
Upon approval of the concept, we move into design development, covering spatial visualization, refined layouts, and detailed soft and hard furnishing plans.
Quotation List
Preparation of a detailed bill of materials for both hard and soft furnishings, based on the finalized design.
Construction Phase
Construction Drawings & Hard Finishes
Production and review of construction drawings, technical coordination by designers, assistance in resolving site issues, regular site inspections, and progress reporting.
Soft Furnishing Implementation
Ordering of imported products and fabrication of customized items.
Handover & Acceptance
Project Handover
Comprehensive inspection of hard finishes and soft furnishings, delivery of all user manuals.
Completion Photos
On-site photo and video shoot of the finished residence to mark project completion.
